Come learn about and drink Mexican Wines! Together we will chat about the history and regions of Mexican wine as we taste some wines from our favorite current producers.
We will also go over some of the stars of the current Mexican Wine world and chat about the future of the region.
Snacks will be provided along side our tastings!
Pizza and Italian Wine 101
Join us for our first Pizza Class / Pizza Party. Learn how to make your own pizza dough, stretch, top and bake your own pizzas!
In this class we will:
Learn about dough
Make your own pizza dough to take home
Stretch and bake some pizzas in our oven! More pizza than you can handle!
We'll also welcome you with some aperitivi and a glass of wine!
Snack on some pizza as we chat about and taste through some Italian wines.
CHampagne and Chicken
*** This class will be held at Disco Birdies - 355 Franklin Ave, BK NY 11238 ***
In this class we will learn to make our brine, dredge and sauces! All you need to make the best fried chicken at home.
We'll also teach you our methods of frying and cook our own dinner to go alongside a champagne tasting!
After we will also send you home with the chicken you've prepped and brined, some dredge and a half bottle of champagne Delamotte courtesy of our sister wine store, Disco Bottles!
Asadito with Rosadito
Join us in welcoming Noah Tavares from Rosadito. We’ll be tasting the first Mexican canned wine in our backyard and serving some carne asada from For All Things Good. No RSVP required, just come on in and head to the garden!
